The DoubleZs are the perfect carpet transition for joining standard pile carpets, but they do more. Easily converted into a Z bar it can now be used to transition between standard pile carpets to laminate, stone and other hard floors. This DoubleZ 9 (when peeled) can be used for carpet to floating floors as the joiner allows for expansion up to 8mm (5/16").
The DoubleZ 13 is purely for use with thicker high density pile carpets NOT higher hard floors.
